On Nov. 2 Abigail Breslin to
receive Discovery Award at Savannah Film Festival. The presentation will take
place just before the screening of Breslin’s latest film, “August: Osage
County.” With a Q& A session with the actress after the film.
Also on Nov. 2 at the Jepson Center the Savannah Dance
Festival will present the East Coast premiere of ‘No Hero’ http://savannahdancefestival.org/
Saturday Nov. 2nd the group CUSSES will be
playing their final local gig at Hang Fire on Whitaker St. They are throwing a
No Control party with three other local bands, Niche, Wet Socks and
Electrickpark.
